Features & Notes
- Stationary AGS-30 30x29mm automatic grenade launchers and NSV Utyos 12.7x108 heavy machine guns.
- Border Snipers and Minefields — be aware of both.
- The Port Terminal is guarded by neutral RUAF soldiers and machine gunners who open fire if shot at, or if approached too closely without presenting an access item at the garrison intercom.
- Initially only accessible by transiting; direct access unlocks after the story chapter Tour.

Sanitar
~75% Spawn 1270 HPEast and west wing of the health resort; port/pier area; near the cottages
Carries heavy medical supplies and repeatedly breaks off to heal mid-fight — don't let him or his guards disengage, since a prolonged fight favors him. At the cottages he hides in bushes near the backyard ambulance; at the resort, watch the west wing's hole-in-the-wall entrance.

Cultist priest
~25–30% Spawn 850 HPAt the health resort; at the roadblock northeast of the swamp village
Leads knife-wielding warriors in stealth, poison, and ambush encounters; footsteps are quieter and they resist thermals. Use high caution in dark approaches, avoid blind corners, and prioritize eliminating followers to isolate the leader. A knife hit inflicts the Unknown toxin (140 HP/min DoT) — carry an xTG-12 or Perfotoran injector.
