Prapor
Warrant officer overseeing sustaining-base supply warehouses, enforcing the Norvinsk blockade. Secretly supplied BEAR PMC operators with weapons/ammo/provisions during the Contract Wars.

Skier
Former port zone customs terminal employee who oversaw terminal goods dealings, then assembled a gang to grab everything valuable near the terminal.
Peacekeeper
UN peacekeeping supply officer based at a central checkpoint leading to the port zone; trades Western weapons/ammo/equipment for valuables.
Mechanic
Former chemical plant foreman turned weapon modification/repair specialist. Solitary, discreet, prioritizes complex/challenging tasks.
Ragman
Former shopping center director, now deals in clothing and gear — sunglasses through body armor.
Jaeger
Former hunter for the Priozersk Natural Reserve State Hunting Service; survival specialist who still guards the reserve from hostiles.
